Some streams ship no captions at all. Rivue can listen to the audio and transcribe it live, entirely on your device — nothing is sent to a server.
- In the player bar, tap Transcribe.
- Captions begin appearing within a second or two as Rivue transcribes the audio.
- Style them with the same controls as broadcast captions.
Tip — Live AI captions run on-device for privacy, so they lean on your hardware — newer iPhones, iPads and Macs transcribe fastest.
