Edit categories per playlist

With several playlists, each one keeps its own hidden and visible categories.

Two playlists often carry categories with the same name — say, both have a "Sports" category. Rivue treats them separately: hiding "Sports" in one playlist never hides it in the other.

1. Open Settings → Playlists & Sources → Manage Categories. Categories are grouped by playlist, each group with its own select-all.
2. Or, in the Live TV category list: with more than one playlist, each playlist section has its own Edit button (iPhone and iPad) — tap it to edit just that playlist's categories.
3. Check off what to hide, then tap Done.

The same per-playlist editing exists for Movies and Series categories, from their own lists or from Manage Categories.
