Combined Mode — one lineup from all your playlists
Duplicate channels fold into a single row, and Rivue plays the best copy.
If you keep more than one playlist, the same station often appears many times — an HD and an SD variant here, another copy there. Combined Mode folds those duplicates into one row and makes all your playlists behave as a single channel lineup.
- Open Settings → Live TV & Guide → Combined Mode.
- Turn on Combine playlists into one lineup. (It is off until you turn it on.)
How folding works
Rivue matches channels by name, ignoring decorations — country prefixes, and tags like HD, SD, FHD or 4K. Matching channels across all playlists become one row, marked with a small layered badge and a count. Categories with the same name also fold into one list.
Which copy plays
Rivue plays the copy that actually delivered the best picture — it remembers the resolution and frame rate each stream really produced, and ranks by that, never by what the name claims. Sources that recently failed sink to the back. If the playing copy dies, the next one takes over automatically.
